Unfortunately, the answer most suitable to obtain free legal advice is a book. And even costodian that led to another city is a relative, divorce is legal. If not, then this is outlawed under the hands of the state and court orders. If the child's former owners (the aunt), do not like children "around" in this situation, children will be distributed free to a close relative of the election.

Unfortunately, I think we can. Once the papers are served, you can not move from the area, but first it is another story. He has to get a lawyer as soon as possible. Most newspapers have a length of time to respond. If your aunt does not respond quickly enough, may pass sentence against him. Moreover, the lawyer can begin working on obtaining his situation with the children worked. Many lawyers will give a free initial consultation. A CALL TOMORROW!
    God's best for you!

In New Mexico, we have a professional proposal either. This is an office that lets you move files and documents to take anyone to court. They do this especially for visiting children. Court of the royal family can be expensive for the court is whether vocational movement. People in the office to tell them what forms to fill out to go to court, but can not give you legal advice. I saved a lot of money.

E 'perfectly legal. Maybe not moral, but certainly legal. In the U.S., both parents are entitled to equal time with their children unless there is a court order in force. Feel free to email me if questions or suggestions.
