			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A friend of mine is married to an Iraqi woman to September 28, 2007 in Ankara, Turkey, and remained together for 10 days after the wedding. He returned to the United States and his wife returned to Iraq. They have no children together, and now has decided to file a divorce because the marriage is irretrievably broken. They have no property together. Are considered divorce in the Islamic world. But they need a divorce to be honored in the United States government. Both want to move forward.</p>
