Question by : Can you answer questions in marriage and divorce(doing so not being judgmental) and giving well rounded advice?
I admit there are tons of times I read something and start typing then realize I am being judgmental so I back out of the question. I try not to be judgmental but hard to do!
I am by no means perfect so I realize the hypocrisy and try to get myself right, lol……. Seriously…
Have you caught yourself doing this? Do you answer anyway?

Ok, my little sister is fixing to be going thru a divorce, and we need advice please.
She has been married for one year. They own a home and two vehicles (one is paid for, and one still is financed). They have two children as well. Her husband has a good paying job, and she is a stay at home mother.
My questions are basically this-
1.) Does it matter who files?
2.) How will the vehicles get divided, as well as the house?
3.) How soon can she get the child support started since she has no income at the moment?
4.) What kind of assistance is there for her and her children?
5.) What advice can you give us about doing this? Her husband is a real ass, and has not taken care of the kids at all in there previous seperations.
Any answers or advice you have on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Answer by arctype5883 from what my mother told me, get the kids and run like hell, >.> , no but have the kids and file for divorce. Two in Texas law a woman is automatically considred the caregiver, if they are girls then thats many +’s. and as for the other stuff get a lawer for the Finacial part, see if you can get what you want and need
