About a week has gone by that my father told me that our mother was cheating on my father for two years. They were married for 15 years and 6 years prior consent of the bond noeud.Je. I live with roommates of mine, at twenty, with a lot on my plate already. I am a full time student, full-time worker and freelance writer. For me it is more concerned about my younger brothers, twelve and thirteen are common, but my biggest concern is my père.Je want the best for him and he loved my mother very much. Recently I have noticed other distinctions, and they are pretty ugly. My father is a very sweet and very hurt by this agreement together. Since your mother are deceived, and you are an adult, when nothing but the truth is taught in the divorce hope you have the courage to fix it. I mean, please do not allow others to court and get away with slander. Example (it was violent, he was a bad father, etc. etc. etc. etc.) Many women are taking dessus.J hope it works. Good luck

My brother is going through a divorce right and his soon-to-be-ex-wife is absolutely refusing to let him see or even speak to his 3 children under any circumstances. It is driving him to constantly drink and even thoughts of suicide. Are there any loop holes that may help to even have partial custody of his kids to just to even spend anytime with them? I appreciate all help and advice.

Answer by Arthur W Either obtain a temporary custody order of the kids or at least get a temporary order autjorizing visitation rights forn Dad from the courts. It will be temporary only until such time the permanent custody/visitation hearing is held. Without any type of temporary court order defining this area will result usually in what is happening here

How can I stop this from happening, and what advice do you have in regards to maintaining the current living arrangement?
I currently have a job, a house, and stable living conditions. She is living with her friends, is not stable, but can sound logical as heck.

Answer by janewh Don’t let her take her. usually the parent that has the child at the time before the divorce usually gets to keep the child sounds like she more or less abandon her any ways. And now she is ready to be a mom again.

I think my wife wants to leave. I don’t want to break up my family, and I have tried just about everything, counceling ext… but she does not even try to make it work.
I told her If that is what she wants I will take 100% responsibilty of or 3 year old son. all she has to do is support herself. we have about 10,000 dollars in debt, witch she should be half responsible for. We have been married for 6 years, and she has stayed home with our son for 3. I wish we could work this out, we had a good marriage, and I love her more then anything. I don’t want to fight over my son, both are good parents, and want to raise and see him as much as possible. but right now I am looking for advice if we do divorce.
