Okay, so I went through a divorce and I have some “old” claim before my wedding 2003rd My credit score is not as big around 615 or something. I had a bankruptcy in 1999. So I lived with a roommate for a year and I had my lawyer and other things to pay. I would like to “rent” find a place, but I fear no one hire me. I have actively engaged for 10 years and I earn 75k per year plus a set bonus.Pensez surely someone tell me? I have very good rental history and, as I said a steady income. Right behind some very old accounts, because I had a child in the hospital at a time, and I could not suivre.Merci Best Answer:

If you can not find someone to rent the subject of a co-signer for an apartment? They make more than enough for a rental, but it is unfortunate that they keep it against you. Try the signature, and if not looking, then go and good luck.

If your daughter wants to stay with you , this could be possiable. how old is she? if she is 12 in most states you can file for custody and the judge would listen to her needs. and as for this boyfriend your ex has does the mother know about the racial crap? taht is rediculious.
The problem is people don;t think about who they get with shouldn’t matter but it does if you have kids. I understand what your going through I have a son in Florida me and ex get along but he had a girlfriend and believe me I asked questions you have that right and to find out anything about that person who is haring that house with your daughter. It has been 3 years since my divorce and i still have a lot of anger issues because of my ex husband cheating and leaving me at 7 months pregnant. On some friends advice i have been going to counseling but it just seems that i have become more angry and depressed as the weeks have gone on. I feel as if i was better (but not great) when i just blocked it out. I also dont feel like anything has been resolved, honestly because i feel he is the one with issues and not myself. Has this happen to you, Counseling that has gotten you nowhere?

Answer by ouragon Sometimes when you start therapy things seem worse for a while because you’re dragging all that crap out and talking about it every week, but you don’t know how to feel better, yet. Discuss it with your therapist.

Answer by Tabitha What are you deeming a “long time ago”? How old are you now and how long have they been divorced? These are pretty important variables to define the retrospective stance. Are there other external factors which are making things complicated?
There are so many things you are not revealing that it is impossible to speculate and answer. Yes, it is normal to feel devastated when your family is in turmoil due to a divorce – however generally that gradually diminshes over time as new routines and new norms take the place of old.
If much time has passed and you still have lingering issues, I would be concerned about seeking the root causes of these lost, sad and struggling emotions that are lingering.

He has started writing down instances when her outbursts occur (she’ll curse at their 8-year-old for nothing) and he wants the kid to live with him and for her to just get visitation after the divorce. What other steps should he take to make a better case for this? He feels it would be damaging for the child to live with her most of the time (plus, he’s very close to this child– it’s the only reason he’s stayed married this long). Answer by Colleen O Just keep track of her verbal abuses and also in court go after child support. The fact that she is a woman/mother doesn’t mean the child does’t deserve child support.

She refuses to refer to their daughter by my husbands last name (which is on her birth certificate) even though he has talked to her many times on this issue and it is confusing there daughter who is 12. Does my husband have a legal right to stop her from doing this?
This is to C_Bar: I did not think that the mother could change her childs last name unless the biological father gives up his rights to the child. My husband has weekend and holiday visitation with their daughter and faithfully pays child support and this woman is still giving their daughter her new husbands last name.
