not finished with divorce and getting deployed (army), advice?
Author: Divorce Dr // Category: DivorceDistribution are less than a month, also in my final stage of divorce, of course, may not show until a date in which the Court is scheduled for after I leave, there is a way to protect myself to be a no show . I am very frightened by what is always the worst, please, any helpful advice would be most welcome

Talk to your lawyer or one if you have one. I know there are protections in place of soldiers deployed, but you should check this ASAP!

All you need is your orders. I suggest you contact your company commander or ESTs and see what we can do for you. Usually judges are not to blame for not being there if hired. In fact, I think that is the exception to this “regola.L only problem I can see how the distribution and divorce to go if you have children, the courts are reluctant to bring with you if you were at all times. If you have custody hearing, I suggest you type a close family power struggle t lawyer for you.
