My mom wants to get a divorce with my stepdad. She says shes gonna do it and then she chickens out! Any advice?

She is in a bad situation but she will choose their own pace for divorce from his stepfather. He may not want this marriage to fail. Perhaps she expected to stop doing these things and may be hoping that he loves her. It has developed a timetable in mind for him to redeem himself and turn around to marriage. This is a problem because this bad behavior can go on forever. Fear of being alone and all the financial problems and emotional harm to feel alone. Do you see a counselor for help and advice? Experienced an abusive relationship before, lasted for years. especially because I was afraid of leaving, I had to go, etc, besides the mental aspects of it, probably makes you feel like nobody wants, and that as such. terrible cycle of being and is the only one who can break. need to leave soon. theres a better quality of life and life can be better.
