Mr. Robert I have a question, my boyfriend is from USA and I am right now in the philippines, our relationship is about 4years now, due to financial problem we can’t process the fiance visa to be together for now, my question is, is there a way for us to get a marriage license while we’re apart? because it might take more time for us to be together and marry.
