marital divorce laws regarding personal belongings state of washington?
Author: Divorce Dr // Category: DivorceI am divorced and my husband and I separated in July. It’s been a resident of another state since then and has left personal belongings here (tools, clothes, garbage). What the law says you can legally do with the things I’d like to delete and still takes to come back?

I think you need to give formal notice of 30 days. . . registration letter, signed receipt, and then you can have them. If you sell, you have to give him money.

Notices by registered mail to him, giving him a certain amount of time for them, and if he does not respect, then give to Goodwill!
