If Some States Have A 50/50 Divorce Law Then Whats The Use Of A Pre-nup?

If you do not have one so its 50/50? If you do not sign a continuation of his pre-agreement to the NUP 50/50 reguardless State law?

The pre-NUP has priority over the law 50/50. 50/50 Act applies when no other contract / agreement.
The reason that the law is because when you are married and become a "person", so to speak, and 50/50, both parties have an easier life transition for themselves.

Let's say a person who had 10 million in assets and its partners are equal to zero.
