I need legal advice. I am living in USA for the past 14 years and I need to divorce my husband of 15 years.?

We have never lived in India and have a property. But we got married a year there and came to the U.S. so even my children are all in the United States. How to proceed? Should I apply for divorce in India? How can they decide on the property we are in the U.S.? Help please.

I think the best solution would be to move the family in India and sort the whole mess out there.
