In AZ the author received a copy immediately after the hearing. It must provide a copy to you (or postmark by mail) within 48 hours (which might actually be 24, but I’m wrong about the larger). Can get in trouble if we fail within that period.

You should receive your order by mail no later than two weeks after the waiting period has passed.

In general, you should not take more than a day or two.
