How long does it take to get a divorce? How much does divorce cost in MI?

I married early, for the first time (in Indiana) and divorced a year later we married. We went to court and filed for divorce. We had no children and that developed between us and not what the lawyers have been involved. I think it costs $ 15 to apply for a divorce.

Be ready to take between 2-6 months. Damn bureaucracy. . .

for me, I was at ND. And “only cost $ 600 for not fighting anything. And it only took 3 days!
But that was 20 years fa.Ogni has been in its laws. Why not call the local courthouse and ask how long and lawyers tell you what they charge

Be prepared for at least six months. There is a waiting period in Michigan after the file when you have kids. I’m pretty sure it is 6 months. Also you should get a lawyer, even if it just to make sure everything is okay.
