The divorce industry is a new low in our society, but for some reason doesn’t receive the attention it deserves. No-Fault laws have been a nightmare for the institution of marriage, but most of all it is a nightmare for the kids. Nobody is against divorce in the cases of abuse or adultry, but that just isn’t the what happens in most divorces. It is truly depressing to see what our legal system has let happen to families.
I agree with you totally except that these folks take it one step further. The treachery is not caused by no fault but by the conversion of no fault from a bilateral to a unilateral no fault divorce. What this means is unilateral does not require the spouses to be in agreement for a divorce to be called “no fault”. It’s like a murderer saying, “I’m innocent” and everyone being required to agree without question. Judges become pimps for the wayward spouses robbing the faithful to pay the bill
