Change divorce law if you are caught in adultery you get nothing?
Author: Divorce Dr // Category: DivorceFirmly believe and advocate of the divorce laws to change in this country. I think that if a cheating spouse and this is the reason for the failure of the marriage then that person receives nothing from the absolute divorce nulla.Credo this deter people so casually in marriage and then also have to think twice before deciding that issues or mislead their partner.Se This was established in the law that many people really try to work on their relationship and the problems to walk and divorzio.Non not believe that a woman should have nothing if cheating husband or cheating if he should get nothing and if she cheats then leaves the house and the man gets everything, including children and the support and vice versa.

good point. . . however. . . What about people who have domestic partners? People who are in a relationship that brings their cheating spouse? I agree with the idea. . . Never, never cheated, but his good ideas, but never surpassed.

at some points you’re right. I think the person who cheats should get nothing. But I disagree when it comes to children. Children need time with both parents. in my state, there’s not even an option in the module to verify the infidelity. belongs to all irreconcilable differences. this is not the case. I mean it’s a lying cheating SOB.

Well sounds good, but you have to think about it. I am sure that marriage is the most cheaters before. If you cheat a man or a woman in a marriage, marriage does not work, first, (I’m not saying this is an excuse) some men and women who are in their nature to cheat, so do not really this law would be stopped.

I could not agree more. California is a state of strict liability, which means you can get a divorce simply because you like the shirt of his wife wears. Also, a good friend of mine entered the alcoholic wife beating another boy who had been behind him in the living room couch. In one year the house was sold, they divorced and she went over $ 6,000,000 in assets and $ 12,000 a month in spousal support, and they were married for over 20 years. All this after a number of issues, alcohol problems, drug problems, tens of thousands of plastic surgeory, and being a rotten person. As simple as that! I wonder how many people would think twice about cheating on their spouses, if they know that they have absolutely nothing if it ends in divorce?

You’re absolutely right. Should be. The problem is that the judge does not see it that way for some reason. I am not a lawyer or anyone even remotely important to not have the slightest idea how to help. However, I agree and I agree one hundred percent.

I have yet to find a spouse of a cheater is not, at least partially responsible for the failure of matrimonio.Credo your assumption is ridiculous and there are far worse things you can do in a marriage of infidelity. physical abuse, emotional abuse, verbal abuse, child sexual abuse and neglect. . . one of these events over a period of time is probably more harmful than an hour with a partner about sex diverso.Sei assuming that everyone feels that betrayal is the worst thing he has done. This is quite presumptuous of tua.Per a man, years of neglect than sexual infidelity. . . So who are you to determine what hurts more?

I applaud your idea, but I’m realistic enough to know that was never implemented. Groups for women’s rights would not be as many women cheat and lose all the advantage they have now in the divorce laws. Even the purpose of depriving someone of life, liberty or property “a person is entitled to” due process “and to resort to death. The result would have obstructed justice and divorce is not final. (And for divorce lawyers rich) also require a majority of a state legislator (politicians) to go to a governor to sign. Perhaps Elliot Spitzer signed a law? “D’you think? I’m afraid you can not legislate what someone does in their marriage. Perhaps the distribution is more “uneven,” but what happens in cases of infidelity is often the spouse “has a no-fault divorce injured 50/50 instead of a long battle in court and continue with his life.

I think that if your story is, that person should get nothing. Whatever it is, in my opinion, the emotional neglect of children when one spouse brings another person in the house of a bargain. Depends on the circumstances. If the person alleged to bring this person with your children, you must be like children in danger of extinction. I know that when my ex-sister in law, this right has the man she was to see if the children threatened. Never said. They were locked in their rooms and could not even pee. In these cases, yes. I think in most cases, however, if the boys were not on the person and the deal was made elsewhere I think the person having the matter should have custody, but they still leave the other person your seen. Business is very confusing for children and can be emotionally harmful to them. A person guilty of the story is not so much a liar and can not be trusted. They put their children at risk as possible, bringing home the strange men or women that could lead to abuse of children. I do not think these things should be taken lightly. I’ve seen the ugliest of the ugly when it comes to the subject.

More than 3,000 years ago, anyone who has committed adultery would be stoned to death, unlike the laws of today. Adultery is one of the worst sins. Why marry that person unless you really love that person. I mean the marriage must be based on faith, trust and love. God must be the center of their relationship.
