According to the state and county where you live services are usually provided by your local governemnt. Of course, it depends on your financial sitution. If there is a huge amount of money involved then you should check the reputation of a private attorney, and if there is a lot of money at stake is likely to pay. As for the kids and go home, these questions are standard in most states these days and the money for an attorney not stand out as the court decides custody and child support issues.
