My ex-wife also made false allegations that had me arrested, all my possessions taken, has limited my time with my kids. One judge (after the arrest) apologized. She realized my ex-wife’s legal team, private eyes stole court files making me look guilty. The judge, who is not allowed to give advice, stated: “if this had happened to a friend of mine, I would advise him to go to the police, file criminal harassment. ” The system is supposed to be fair. It’s not. Solution – go for full custody.
